If there is one thing we believe in, it is FAIRNESS. And that is at the heart of this potential lawsuit.
Mexican-born Hector Maldonado, a naturalized citizen of the United States and a U.S. Army combat veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, has paid his dues. Now he is seeking the Republican nomination to run for the US Senate in Missouri. Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan sent him a letter in May asking him to produce documentation.
Now he is considering a lawsuit for discrimination, because she applied the law differently to Obama. Enjoy.
